In June 2005, Joe Phillips II became an integral part of Sooner Pipe through the acquisition of Phillips Casing and Tubing, LP by Sooner. Currently holding the position of President at Sooner Pipe, Joe brings to the table over two decades of expertise in the development of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) programs and facilities construction.

Before joining Sooner, Joe served as the Executive Vice President at Phillips Casing and Tubing, where he held responsibilities for both sales and overall facilities operations. His leadership played a crucial role in the success of the organization.

Joe Phillips II holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin, providing him with a well-rounded educational background to complement his extensive industry experience.
