Responsibilities
- Support the Inside Account Managers as needed
- Enter inquiries and prepare for quotation
- Enter sales data into system as requested by Account Manager
- Release pipe for shipment in the system
- Expedite shipments, secure required paperwork, prepare sales for invoicing
- Serve as the liaison between the customer and accounting/invoicing personnel
SKILLS REQUIRED
Required
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Good telephone skills
- Good computer skills (Office Suite)
Preferred
- B.S. degree
- 2-3 years Inside Sales experience, preferably pipe or related product
- Oracle experience
- Working knowledge of tubular goods
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a full-time, on-site role.
