Joseph (Joe) C. Ottaviani serves as the President of TerraTech Services, bringing with him over 45 years of extensive experience in the field of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) products. In his current capacity, he assumes a pivotal role in overseeing the quality systems, as well as managing all operations and inventories at Sooner.

Joe’s expertise spans various aspects of the industry, including quality control, quality assurance, inventory management, OCTG pipe maintenance, and non-destructive testing. His dedication to ensuring excellence in these critical areas has contributed significantly to Sooner’s standing in the market.

Joe initiated his career as an Inspection Supervisor at Babcock & Wilcox, where he later advanced to the position of General Supervisor of Quality Control. In 1989, he joined Sooner, where he played a key role in the formulation and implementation of quality systems at both A-Z Terminal and Sooner, aligning with the specifications outlined by the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

Joe is a graduate of Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in Pennsylvania, holding a degree in radiologic technology. His academic background, coupled with his extensive industry experience, positions him as a distinguished professional in the OCTG sector, contributing significantly to the success and reputation of TerraTech Services and Sooner.
